Putnam County bank robbed SOUTHEAST – An armed robber got away with an undetermined amount of money from the Putnam County Savings Bank, at Route 6 and Drewville Road, this morning. No one was injured in the 10:45 a.m. incident. The man entered the bank, displaying a handgun, approached a teller and demanded money The suspect is a black male, wearing a black hoodie. He lft the scene in a green SUV and headed north on Route 6. FBI agents are assisting state and local law enforcement in the investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the PUtnam County Sheriff's Office at 845-225-4300. |
