Two charged following drug investigation

KINGSTON – The URGENT task force has arrested two people following an enforcement operation in the area of O’Neil Street and Wyltwick Avenue in the City of Kingston.

Raymond Healey, 54, of 704 Neighborhood, Lake Katrine and Alfred Alo, 56, of 42 Smith Avenue in Kingston were arrested after officers saw them involved in a drug transaction.

The men were found to be in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia and were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and loitering in the first degree.
