Convicted child rapist sentenced to the max GOSHEN – A Port Jervis man who was convicted in Orange County
Court of having sex twice with an underage girl in mid-2007 was
sentenced Wednesday. “He was sentenced to the maximum term of four years in prison on each count to be served consecutively, that totally eight years, plus a period of 10 years post release supervision.” Torres was convicted on two counts of third-degree rape. |
