| State prison inmate indicted for attacking guard GOSHEN – A prisoner at the Mid-Orange State Correctional
Facility in Warwick has been indicted by an Orange County grand
jury on charges that he attacked a prison guard. “It’s alleged that on January 22, 2008 he assaulted a corrections officer, Fernando Dos Santos, with a metal chair,” he said. It is also alleged that he caused injury to the guard. Coleman remains in the custody of the state Correctional Services Division. |
