| Man charged with robbing bank, gas station is indicted GOSHEN – An Orange County grand jury Monday indicted a Newburgh
man on charges that he held up a credit union and a gas station,
both on the same day early in June. It is alleged that that he held up the Winona Lake Xtra Mart with what appeared to be a handgun and also on the same day, June 4, the Hudson Heritage Federal Credit Union in Washingtonville. In that robbery, he also produced what appeared to be a handgun. Kelsey was arrested later that day after a joint investigation
by Washingtonville Village Police, Town of Newburgh Police and State
Police and charged with second-degree robbery. |
