Vermont man arrested on drug charges following
Thruway stop Troopers found 13.5 ounces of hydroponic marijuana, four Aderall pills and a digital scale in his 2003 Subaru. Jesse Ruocco was charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree and driving while ability impaired by drugs. Ruocco was arraigned and remanded to the Rockland county Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail. |
