| Rockland man, who got teen drunk and raped her, sentenced to state prison NEW CITY – A 28-year-old Spring Valley man has been sentenced to 12 years in state prison and five years post release supervision, for raping a 14-year-old girl. Jose Lima Quineros had pled guilty in Rockland County Court to rape in the first degree. It was on December 21, 2007 that Quineros had sex with the girl
after he provided her with beer and liquor, District Attorney Thomas
Zugibe said. The girl became intoxicated and fell asleep at Quineros’
apartment and when she awoke the next morning, she found Quineros
having sex with her. |
