Six charged with trespassing at H&H Canal Museum

HIGH FALLS – The Ulster County Sheriff’s Office Saturday arrested six people on trespass charges for being on the property of D&H Canal Museum.

At about 5 p.m., Samuel McCabe, Marissa Banducci, Cody Schatzie, Kaitlan Northon, Elizabeth Bozmeny and Thomas Nasca. They were each charged with trespassing as a violation.

The D&H Canal property is located on the north side of state Route 213 in High Falls and it s a well-known swimming hole and attracts hundreds during the hot summer months.

Anyone found on the property will be arrested, police said.

So far early in the season, the Sheriff’s Office has arrested 10 people for trespassing on the property.
