Two caught with 200 decks of heroin

KINGSTON – The Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team – URGENT – has arrested two Albany men following a two-month heroin trafficking investigation.

Corey Marshall, 37, and Sherman Anderson, 43, both of Albany, were taken into custody in the City of Kingston on Monday afternoon. Police found 200 decks of heroin on their possession and said the investigation revealed the drugs were bound for sale in the Albany area.

Both men were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree with intent to sell, a felony. Marshall was also found to have a warrant from NYPD for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
