Man pleads guilty to getting girl drunk, having sex

NEW CITY – A Spring Valley man Tuesday pled guilty in Rockland County Court to rape in the first degree.

Jose Lima Quinreros, 28, of 2 Lexis Court, admitted that on December 21, 2007 he had sex with a 14-year-old girl at his apartment.

The girl was at his apartment around 2 a.m. where he gave her beer and liquor.

She became intoxicated and fell asleep.

The girl woke up around 10 a.m. to find Quinreros having sex with her.
