Three charged with armed robbery

TOWN OF POUGHKEEPSIE – Poughkeepsie Town Police have arrested three men in connection with a March 4 armed robbery at a residence in the area of Kelsey Road.

Three suspects fled the area of the 11 p.m. robbery on foot from the rear of the residence. Cash was taken in the incident. There were no injuries.

City of Poughkeepsie Police and Dutchess County Sheriff’s deputies assisted in the initial search.

Police learned during their investigation that the residence was known to some of the robbers.

Police Tuesday announced the arrests of the three and pending charges against another adult male and a juvenile male involved in the incident.

Charged with first-degree robbery were Kevin Patrick Hogan, 17, of Cochran Hill Road, Kenneth Morris, 20, of 298 Spackenkill Road, and Justine Cardascia, of 1 Reno Road, all in the Town of Poughkeepsie.
