Man charged with having sex with underage girl

TOWN OF POUGHKEEPSIE – A 49-year-old New York City man has been arrested by Poughkeepsie Town Police and charged with rape in the third degree and criminal sexual act in the third degree.

Anibal Nunez was charged in connection with allegations that he had sexual relations with an underage girl. The two knew each other, police said. Police did not say how old the girl was, but said Nunez was having the relations with the girl, implying contact was on more than one occasion.

Nunez was arraigned and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail on $2,500 bail pending a future court appearance.
