GOSHEN – Three men who are brothers have been indicted in connection with the murder of another Newburgh man on January 1, 2008.

Elisha Stubbs was shot and killed on New Year’s Day and an investigation by Newburgh City Police led to the arrests of the three suspects.

Charged with second-degree murder were John Williams, 24, and Supreme Williams, 26. A Third brother, James Williams, 23, was indicted on a charge of attempted murder in the second degree. The other two men were also indicted on that charge, said District Attorney Frank Phillips.
