Arrest made in prostitution sting POUGHKEEPSIE – The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Town of Washington woman for prostitution. She was charged with offering sexual favors during a “sensual massage.” Investigators discovered that she was operating out of her home in the Village of Millbrook for some 18 months. Investigators learned she had over 100 clients and was advertising online. The woman, who police did not identify, was arraigned in Millbrook Village Court and was released on her own recognizance.
