PA man charged with sexual assault on minor MATAMORAS, Pa – The Eastern Pike Regional Police Department in Matamoras, Pa, in cooperation with the Port Jervis, NY Police Department, has arrested a 56-year-old Matamoras man on sexual assault charges. Alfredo Monge was charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors for incidents that allegedly occurred over the last month involving a 14-year-old male. Monge was committed to the Orange County Jail pending extradition back to Pennsylvania to answer the charges filed against him.
