| Pound of pot seized SOUTHEAST – State Police from Troop T East Fishkill Saturday arrested a Carmel man for driving while ability impaired after they stopped him for speeding on I-84 westbound in the Town of Southeast. And when they investigated further, they found that Ronal Alvarez, 37, had 16 ounces of marijuana with him. He was charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the second degree, arraigned and released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance. |
